Can I change my ad?

Yes! We have some clients that change their ads monthly. You will have to pay the costs with design and printing of new ads. There is no charge to swap ads. Most clients do 6 month or 1 year changes or to periodically freshen up ads.

What if I want to cancel my ad?

We have contracts in place outlining time frames when ads can be canceled. Clients are liable for the total cost of ad space over an allocated time. If unsure choose a monthly ad or 6 month contract.

How do I know if my ad is working?

Some clients choose to add a coupon or discount phrase which is displayed on the bus ad to gauge the impact of the bus ads. There are 60,000 riders a week who view your ad,and some clients have been advertising for 8 years, if your target market is riding the Whistler buses, the value of transit advertising is amazing.

Can I buy an exterior or outside bus ad?

No. The Resort Municipality of Whistler (RMOW) wants to maintain a village feel and restricts "in your face" marketing. Therefore, only interior ad space is available in Whistler.
